Georgica Services has been serving the East Hampton community for more than 30 years. Today, the shop focuses primarily on contemporary European vehicles while continuing to be a trusted service station for specialty and vintage cars.

We are a trusted dealer alternative for European vehicle service, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair - combining dealership-level capability with the accountability and consistency of a local independent shop.

About

Georgica Services has been part of the East Hampton community since 1990. Originally located at the well-known corner of Toilsome Lane and Woods Lane, the shop became something of a landmark in the village, with an ever-changing row of interesting vehicles passing through the service bays.

Over the years, the business expanded, eventually relocating to its current facility at 139 Springs Fireplace Road, where it continues to serve local residents and seasonal visitors alike.

In 2020, longtime employee and master technician Donovan Solis purchased the business from founder Jim Shelly, continuing the tradition of experienced mechanics and careful service that has defined the shop for decades.

Today, Georgica Services combines long-standing mechanical knowledge with modern diagnostic capability, allowing the shop to maintain and repair both contemporary vehicles and the vintage cars that have always been part of its history. The shop has also become a trusted dealer alternative for European vehicle service across the East End.

Clear communication, transparent estimates, digital inspections, and careful attention to detail remain central to how we work.

Meet Donovan & Kaity

Donovan started with Georgica Services in 2009 at Getty in Sag Harbor as a weekend gas attendant. After finishing high school, he attended trade school for auto mechanics, and worked full-time as a mechanic for the shop in East Hampton. Donovan then continued his education and became a master tech, which gave him the expertise and experience to become the service manager. In 2020, Donovan and his wife decided to purchase Georgica Services as their own, as previous owner Jim Shelly was ready for retirement after 30 incredible years in business.

Donovan believes in exceptional service and customer relations. With his wife Kaity, he wants to continue Jim's legacy, and be models of hard work, dedication, and perseverance for their two children.

GEORGICA SERVICES LTD. STANDARD WARRANTY

Cars made in 2000-present: Most repairs completed at Georgica Services Ltd. are covered by our industry-leading 5-year/50,000-mile, whichever comes first, limited parts and labor warranty. While many shops stand behind their repairs for only 12 to 24 months, we are so confident in both the quality of the parts we use and the expertise of our career technicians that we stand by our repairs for this extended period.

If a component we replaced on your vehicle fails within the warranty period, simply contact us, and we will promptly resolve the issue and get you back on the road.

GEORGICA SERVICES LTD. CLASSIC WARRANTY

Cars 25 years and older: Due to the unique nature of classic vehicles and the availability of replacement parts, we offer a 1-year/5,000-mile, whichever comes first, parts and labor warranty on all repairs for classic cars.

We remain confident in the quality of our workmanship, and should you ever have a concern about any part we replaced, please contact our Service Manager or Owner so we can discuss your concerns and find a resolution.

Georgica Detailing

Georgica Detailing was created to provide the same level of care and attention to a vehicle's appearance as we bring to its mechanical service.

For many of our clients, detailing has become a natural extension of our service.
